The Milford Mavericks softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Walled Lake Central Vikings to 2 in the Mavericks league win on Thursday.

The Mavericks now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walled Lake Northern for a Lakes Valley battle on Tuesday, May 13.

With the loss, Walled Lake Central moves to 10-6 on the season. The Vikings host South Lyon (South Lyon, MI) to confront the Lions in a Lakes Valley battle on Tuesday, May 13. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 13-5.
