The Northwestern Tigers overwhelmed the visiting Tipton Blue Devils softball squad by a count of 13-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Kokomo Wildkats (Kokomo, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 9. Northwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Wildkats go into the challenge with a 9-9 record after their 16-0 non-league loss to Noblesville (Noblesville, IN).

The Blue Devils (4-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Winamac (Winamac, IN). The Warriors go into the non-league challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, Winamac toppled North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN), 7-4, in a league challenge.
