New Jersey High School Softball - Nutley bounces Wayne Valley
May 8, 2025: Wayne, NJ 07470 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Nutley Maroon Raiders softball team scored a nice 9-0 win over the Wayne Valley Indians.
The Maroon Raiders (10-6) will now prepare for their match against Becton (East Rutherford, NJ). The Wildcats come into the non-league match with a 7-7 record. In their last match, Becton was routed by Ridgefield Park (Ridgefield Park, NJ), 6-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Indians confront the NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights (Old Tappan, NJ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, May 8. Wayne Valley will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Golden Knights come into the match with a 14-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ).
