Connecticut High School Softball - Plainville bounces Bulkeley
May 9, 2022: Hartford, CT 06114 Plainville Blue Devils (Plainville, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Bulkeley Bulldogs (Hartford, CT), 23-3 in a league challenge.
The Blue Devils now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Hartford for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 10. Plainville will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 14-10 league win over Hartford Public (Hartford, CT). The Hornets record now stands at 3-10.
With the loss, Bulkeley falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Weaver (Hartford, CT) to battle the Beavers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 12. The Beavers enter the challenge with a record of 5-3. Weaver won 14-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Metropolitan Learning Center (Bloomfield, CT)
