May 9, 2023: Centerburg, OH 43011 The Whetstone Braves baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Centerburg Trojans to 0 in the Braves non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Braves (18-5) will now prepare for their match against Tree of Life Christian (Columbus, OH). The Trojans go into the non-league match with a 6-11 record. In their last match, Tree of Life Christian edged Wellington School (Columbus, OH), 10-8, in a non-league match.
The Trojans (3-14) will now prepare for their match against Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH). The Freddies come into the Knox Morrow Athletic challenge with a 19-1 record. In their last challenge, Fredericktown nipped Mt. Gilead (Mt. Gilead, OH), 15-1, in a league challenge.
