Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Perry Meridian Falcons (Indianapolis, IN) and the visiting Speedway Sparkplugs (Speedway, IN), saw Perry Meridian's baseball squad edge Speedway by a margin of 5-4.

Coming up next, the Falcons play the Whiteland Warriors (Whiteland, IN) in a Mid-State battle, on Wednesday, May 10. Perry Meridian will attempt to better on its 15-7 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 9-9 record after their 6-3 non-league win over New Palestine (New Palestine, IN).

The Sparkplugs now sport a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they host Cascade for a Indiana Crossroads battle on Tuesday, May 9. Speedway will play a Cadets squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Danville (Danville, IN). The Cadets record now stands at 12-5.
