Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the South Spartans (Torrance, CA) and the visiting Poly Bears (Riverside, CA), saw South's baseball squad knock off Poly by a count of 4-0.

Coming up next, the Spartans play the Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 12. South will attempt to move on its 19-10 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 19-11 record after their 5-2 non-league win over San Clemente (San Clemente, CA).
