In Tuesday's league test, the host Babylon Panthers lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-8 victory over the Port Jefferson Royals.

The Panthers now have a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they host Southampton for a Section 11 II test on Friday, May 12. Babylon will face a Mariners squad coming off a 16-2 league loss to Bellport (Brookhaven, NY). The Mariners record now stands at 0-9.

In their next game, the Royals face the Greenport-Southold-Mattituck Porters (Greenport, NY) in a test, on Friday, May 12. Port Jefferson will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Porters come into the test with a 7-6 record after their 13-5 league loss to Smithtown West (Smithtown, NY).
