Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Hellgate Knights (Missoula, MT), 22-4 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they host Sentinel for a challenge on Thursday, May 11. Big Sky will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 9-5 league win over Glacier (Kalispell, MT). The Spartans record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Hellgate falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Glacier (Kalispell, MT) to battle the Wolfpack in a challenge on Friday, May 12. The Wolfpack enter the challenge with a record of 12-3. Glacier won 9-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Polson (Polson, MT)
