Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Classical Purples (Providence, RI), 11-2 in a league battle.

The Vikings now own a 11-0 record. They take the field next when they host Cranston East for a Division 4 battle on Friday, May 12. Rogers will clash with a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 15-4 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 3-8.

In their next game, the Purples clash with the Scituate Spartans (North Scituate, RI) in a Division 4 battle, on Thursday, May 11. Classical will attempt to advance on its 0-8 season record.
