May 9, 2023: West Chicago, IL 60185 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) and the visiting Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL), saw Wheaton Academy's lacrosse team overcome Lake Forest by a margin of 11-4.
The Warriors (15-1) will now prepare for their challenge against New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Trevians enter the non-league challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, New Trier edged Evanston (Evanston, IL), 16-9, in a league challenge.
The Scouts (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL). The Bears enter the North Suburban challenge with a 8-8 record. In their last challenge, Lake Zurich edged Palatine (Palatine, IL), 7-3, in a non-league challenge.
