May 9, 2024: Buckfield, ME 04220 The Buckfield Bucks (Buckfield, ME) softball routed the visiting Old Orchard Beach Seagulls (Old Orchard Beach, ME), 10-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Bucks (5-0) will now prepare for their bout against Forest Hills (Jackman, ME). The Tigers go into the Class D South bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Forest Hills toppled Valley (Bingham, ME), 13-6, in a league bout.
The Seagulls now possess a 0-8 record. They play next when they host North Yarmouth Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, May 10. Old Orchard Beach will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 13-3 league win over Richmond (Richmond, ME). The Panthers record now stands at 10-1.
