New Jersey High School Softball - Cedar Grove bounces DePaul Catholic
May 9, 2024: Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 Cedar Grove Panthers (Cedar Grove, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting DePaul Catholic Spartans (Wayne, NJ), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 14-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montclair for a SEC - American challenge on Saturday, May 11.
With the loss, DePaul Catholic falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ) to face the Gaels in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 10. The Gaels enter the challenge with a record of 6-11. Roxbury lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Union City (Union City, NJ)
