New York High School Softball - Chatham bounces Pine Plains
May 9, 2024: Pine Plains, NY 12567 The Chatham Panthers (Chatham, NY) softball routed the host Pine Plains Bombers (Pine Plains, NY), 16-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Panthers (8-3) will now prepare for their bout against Greenville (Greenville, NY). The Spartans go into the non-league bout with a 10-2 record. In their last bout, Greenville toppled Coxsackie-Athens (Coxsackie, NY), 5-4, in a league bout.
The Bombers now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Spackenkill for a Mid Hudson Athletic bout on Saturday, May 11. Pine Plains will confront a Spartans squad coming off a 11-9 league loss to Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 7-4.
