May 9, 2024: Frederick, MD 21701 In Thursday's non-league contest, the Urbana Hawks (Ijamsville, MD) softball team overwhelmed the host Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots (Frederick, MD), by a margin of 12-2.
With the triumph, Urbana moves its record to 11-7 on the year. The Hawks travel to Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD) to play the Coyotes in a non-league contest on Monday, May 13. The Coyotes come into the contest with a record of 11-7. Clarksburg won 17-0 in their recent non-league contest against Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD)
