May 9, 2024: Merrill, MI 48637 The Merrill Vandals softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Webberville Spartans to 2 in the Vandals non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Merrill moves its record to 8-8 on the year. The Vandals host Valley Lutheran (Saginaw, MI) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league game on Saturday, May 11. The Chargers come into the game with a record of 0-11. Valley Lutheran lost 17-1 in their recent league game against Michigan Lutheran Seminary (Saginaw, MI)
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Ovid-Elsie Marauders (Elsie, MI) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 16. Webberville will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record.
