Kentucky High School Softball - North Laurel bounces Wayne County
May 9, 2024: London, KY 40741 The North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY) softball routed the visiting Wayne County Cardinals (Monticello, KY), 7-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Jaguars (19-5) will now prepare for their bout against Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY). The Indians go into the non-league bout with a 23-4 record. In their last bout, Montgomery County held off Estill County (Irvine, KY), 12-4, in a non-league bout.
The Cardinals now possess a 6-17 record. They play next when they travel to Casey County for a non-league bout on Monday, May 13. Wayne County will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 12-6 non-league loss to North Laurel (London, KY). The Rebels record now stands at 16-14.
