With the triumph, Champaign Central moves its record to 16-11 on the season. The Maroons host Danville (Danville, IL) to battle the Vikings in a Big Twelve match on Monday, May 12. The Vikings come into the match with a record of 3-20. Danville lost 17-2 in their recent league match against Centennial (Champaign, IL)
The Purple Raiders now possess a 18-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington for a non-league match on Saturday, May 10. Bloomington will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Dunlap (Dunlap, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 18-7.
