In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers baseball team scored a nice 15-4 victory over the Springfield Spartans.

The Black Tigers (4-13) will now prepare for their game against Highland (Medina, OH). The Hornets enter the Suburban - American game with a 15-3 record. In their last game, Highland defeated Roosevelt (Kent, OH), 6-3, in a non-league game.

Next, the Spartans face the Field Falcons (Mogadore, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 12. Springfield will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 15-4 record after their 7-6 non-league win over West Branch (Beloit, OH).
