Ohio High School Baseball - Gallia Academy wallops Vinton County
May 9, 2025: Gallipolis, OH 45631 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH) and the visiting Vinton County Vikings (McArthur, OH), saw Gallia Academy's baseball team gain a win over Vinton County by a tally of 13-0.
The Blue Devils (9-11) will now prepare for their battle against Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH). The Hornets enter the Ohio Valley battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Dawson-Bryant was overwhelmed by South Point (South Point, OH), 11-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Vikings face the Trimble Tomcats (Glouster, OH) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 12. Vinton County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
