The Norwayne Bobcats baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Northwest Indians to 2 in the Bobcats non-league win on Friday.

The Bobcats now own a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they host West Holmes for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. Norwayne will clash with a Knights team coming off a 7-4 league win over Ashland (Ashland, OH). The Knights record now stands at 10-6.

With the defeat, Northwest drops to 6-13 on the year. The Indians host Coventry (Akron, OH) to confront the Comets in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 10.
