In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Carmel Corsairs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lake Forest Academy Caxys.

The Corsairs (6-23) will now prepare for their challenge against Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 23-5 record. In their last challenge, Grayslake Central beat Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Caxys play the Cristo Rey St. Martin CRSM (Waukegan, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 12. Lake Forest Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-18 season record.
