In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Monroe Township Falcons volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Hunterdon Central Red Devils.

The Falcons (16-5) will now prepare for their challenge against North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ). The Canucks come into the non-league challenge with a 3-9 record. In their last challenge, North Plainfield was nudged by Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Red Devils meet the Edison Eagles (Edison, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 12. Hunterdon Central will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to J.P. Stevens (Edison, NJ).
