Maine High School Lacrosse - Massabesic can't hold off Edward Little
May 9, 2025: Auburn, ME 04210 Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the visiting Massabesic Mustangs (Waterboro, ME), 6-5 in a league battle.
With the victory, Edward Little advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Red Eddies host Lewiston (Lewiston, ME) to encounter the Blue Devils in a Class A battle on Tuesday, May 13. The Blue Devils come into the battle with a record of 3-3. Lewiston won 5-4 in their recent league battle against Bangor (Bangor, ME)
The Mustangs now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gorham for a Class A battle on Tuesday, May 13. Massabesic will encounter a Rams team coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rams record now stands at 3-4.
