In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Sunrise Mountain Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Higley Knights.

The Mustangs (28-4) will now prepare for their battle against Cienega (Vail, AZ). The Bobcats come into the non-league battle with a 32-4 record. In their last battle, Cienega achieved victory over Catalina Foothills (Tucson, AZ), 3-1, in a league battle.
