May 10, 2022: Cherryville, NC 28021 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Cherryville Ironmen (Cherryville, NC) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC), by a margin of 12-2.
With the triumph, Cherryville moves its record to 15-8 on the year. The Ironmen host North Stokes (Danbury, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league contest on Thursday, May 12. The Vikings come into the contest with a record of 7-13. North Stokes won 7-5 in their recent non-league contest against South Davidson (Denton, NC)
