Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Hand drops to Greenwich
May 10, 2023: Greenwich, CT 06830 In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Greenwich Cardinals lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-8 victory over the Hand Tigers.
The Cardinals now have a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Darien for a non-league test on Monday, May 15. Greenwich will face a Blue Wave squad coming off a 17-7 non-league win over Massapequa (Massapequa, NY). The Blue Wave record now stands at 6-0.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 12. Hand will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 10-1 record after their 15-7 league win over Hall (West Hartford, CT).
