May 10, 2023: Yorktown, VA 23692 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA) and the host York Falcons (Yorktown, VA), saw Warwick's soccer squad get by York by a count of 1-0.
The Raiders now hold a 11-0 record. They play next when they host Menchville for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 16. Warwick will meet a Monarchs squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Smithfield (Smithfield, VA). The Monarchs record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, York drops to 6-6 on the season. The Falcons host Grafton (Yorktown, VA) to meet the Clippers in a non-league test on Friday, May 12. The Clippers come into the test with a record of 9-4. Grafton won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA)
