Maine High School Softball - Carrabec bounces Boothbay
May 10, 2023: Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538 Carrabec Cobras (North Anson, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Boothbay Seahawks (Boothbay Harbor, ME), 19-4 in a league challenge.
The Cobras now own a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lisbon for a Class C South challenge on Monday, May 15. Carrabec will face a Greyhounds squad coming off a 12-4 league loss to Winthrop (Winthrop, ME). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-4.
With the defeat, Boothbay drops to 0-7 on the year. The Seahawks travel to Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME) to play the Bulldogs in a Class C South contest on Friday, May 12. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 7-0. Hall-Dale won 12-0 in their recent league contest against Telstar (Bethel, ME)
