Maine High School Softball - Yarmouth bounces Gray-New Gloucester
May 10, 2023: Yarmouth, ME 04096 The Yarmouth Clippers routed the visiting Gray-New Gloucester Patriots softball squad by a final score of 13-2 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Clippers (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wells (Wells, ME). The Warriors go into the Class B South battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Wells topped Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME), 23-10, in a non-league battle.
The Patriots now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Traip for a non-league battle on Friday, May 12. Gray-New Gloucester will meet a Rangers squad coming off a 26-5 league loss to Maranacook (Readfield, ME). The Rangers record now stands at 0-8.
