The Cougars now hold a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rogue River for a non-league outing on Wednesday, May 15. Illinois Valley will confront a Chieftains team coming off a 12-4 league loss to Sutherlin (Sutherlin, OR). The Chieftains record now stands at 1-12.
Next, the Antlers confront the Days Creek Wolves (Days Creek, OR) in a 2A/1A-SD6 Special District 6 outing, on Tuesday, May 14. Bonanza will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Wolves go into the outing with a 2-8 record after their 8-7 league loss to Lost River (Merrill, OR).
