In Friday's non-league game, the visiting New Home Leopards baseball team scored a tight 7-1 victory over the Gruver Greyhounds.

The Leopards (29-3) will now prepare for their game against Sundown (Sundown, TX). The Roughnecks go into the non-league game with a 11-10 record. In their last game, Sundown tipped Wellington (Wellington, TX), 19-1, in a non-league game.
