New York High School Softball - Aquinas Institute can't get by Greece Athena
May 10, 2024: Rochester, NY 14613 In Friday's league contest, the Greece Athena Trojans (Rochester, NY) softball team held off the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY), by a margin of 6-5.
With the triumph, Greece Athena moves its record to 4-7 on the year.
In their next game, the Little Irish play the Bloomfield Bombers (Bloomfield, NY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, May 13. Aquinas Institute will attempt to move on its 6-9 season record. The Bombers come into the contest with a 16-1 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Avoca-Prattsburgh (Prattsburgh, NY).
