The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Breck Mustangs (Minneapolis, MN) and the host Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN), saw Breck's baseball team gain a win over Academy of Holy Angels by a tally of 14-3.

The Mustangs (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Pirates enter the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha was overwhelmed by St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN), 11-8, in a league battle.

Next, the Stars face the Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN) in a Tri-Metro battle, on Monday, May 12. Academy of Holy Angels will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 9-6 record after their 13-3 league win over Fridley (Fridley, MN).
