Minnesota High School Baseball - Mankato East defeats Marshall
May 10, 2025: Mankato, MN 56001 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Mankato East Cougars (Mankato, MN) and the visiting Marshall Tigers (Marshall, MN), saw Mankato East's baseball team gain a win over Marshall by a tally of 6-1.
The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Austin (Austin, MN). The Packers enter the Big 9 battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, Austin was overwhelmed by Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN), 13-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Tigers face the New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 12. Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 11-4 record after their 9-2 non-league loss to Mankato West (Mankato, MN).
