The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) and the host Horizon Hawks (Thornton, CO), saw Douglas County's baseball team beat Horizon by a margin of 11-7.

The Huskies (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Jaguars enter the non-league battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Rock Canyon held off Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO), 11-2, in a league battle.
