The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Portage Central Mustangs (Portage, MI) and the visiting Niles Vikings (Niles, MI), saw Portage Central's baseball team beat Niles by a margin of 12-4.

The Mustangs (15-3) will now prepare for their battle against Schoolcraft (Schoolcraft, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Schoolcraft was overwhelmed by Centreville (Centreville, MI), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
