May 10, 2025: Guilford, CT 06437 Fans at Saturday's non-league test between the Guilford Grizzlies (Guilford, CT) and the visiting Weston Trojans (Weston, CT), witnessed Guilford's lacrosse squad gain a win over Weston by a count of 10-8.
The Grizzlies (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Southington (Southington, CT). The Blue Knights enter the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Southington was edged by Conard (West Hartford, CT), 15-8, in a league test.
Next, the Trojans battle the Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT) in a South West test, on Tuesday, May 13. Weston will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Bobcats enter the test with a 7-5 record after their 13-4 league loss to New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT).
