With the victory, Herricks advances its record to 5-2 on the season.
The Marines now sport a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roslyn for a Section 8 B - League 2 battle on Tuesday, May 13. Long Beach will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 18-2 league loss to Garden City (Garden City, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-5.
