North Dakota High School Softball - Thompson bounces Kindred/Richland
May 10, 2025: Kindred, ND 58018 The Thompson Tommies softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Kindred/Richland Colts to 9 in the Tommies non-league win on Saturday.
The Tommies now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg for a Class B - Region 2 battle on Monday, May 12. Thompson will confront a Patriots team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Williston (Williston, ND). The Patriots record now stands at 3-8.
With the loss, Kindred/Richland moves to 10-7 on the season. The Colts host Central Cass (Casselton, ND) to confront the Squirrels in a Class B - Region 1 battle on Monday, May 12. The Squirrels come into the battle with a record of 13-4. Central Cass won 8-3 in their recent non-league battle against Lisbon (Lisbon, ND)
