Kentucky High School Softball - North Laurel tipped by Montgomery County
May 10, 2025: London, KY 40741 Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY), 10-8 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Montgomery County improves its record to 16-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Bryan Station (Lexington, KY) to face the Defenders in a non-league game on Monday, May 12. The Defenders enter the game with a record of 15-6. Bryan Station lost 2-1 in their recent league game against Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY)
The Jaguars now hold a 25-2 record. They play next when they host Mercer County for a non-league game on Saturday, May 10. North Laurel will face a Titans squad coming off a 2-1 league win over West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Titans record now stands at 13-10.
