New Jersey High School Softball - Mount St. Mary Academy bounces Morristown-Beard
May 10, 2025: Watchung, NJ 07069 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Mount St. Mary Academy Lions (Watchung, NJ) and the visiting Morristown-Beard Crimson (Morristown, NJ), observed Mount St. Mary Academy's softball team get by Morristown-Beard by a tally of 5-1.
The Lions (7-6) will now prepare for their bout against Linden (Linden, NJ). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 2-7 record. In their last bout, Linden was routed by Carteret (Carteret, NJ), 17-2, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Crimson battle the West Morris Mendham Minutemen (Mendham, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 12. Morristown-Beard will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Minutemen come into the outing with a 3-9 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Mount Olive (Flanders, NJ).
