Bluffton Tigers (Bluffton, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN), 8-6 in a league test.

With the win, Bluffton upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season. The Tigers travel to Garrett (Garrett, IN) to battle the Railroaders in a non-league test on Saturday, May 14. The Railroaders come into the test with a record of 11-5. Garrett lost 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger (Fort Wayne, IN)

With the defeat, Jay County falls to 9-6 on the season. The Patriots travel to Heritage (Monroeville, IN) to battle the Patriots in a Allen County test on Thursday, May 12. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 19-1. Heritage won 17-4 in their recent non-league test against Fort Wayne Wayne (Fort Wayne, IN)
