Colorado High School Baseball - Castle View wallops ThunderRidge

May 11, 2022: Highlands Ranch, CO 80129

Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host ThunderRidge Grizzlies (Highlands Ranch, CO), 21-9 in a league test.

With the win, Castle View upgrades its record to 8-12 on the season. The Sabercats host Legacy (Broomfield, CO) to battle the Lightning in a non-league test on Thursday, May 12. The Lightning come into the test with a record of 18-1. Legacy won 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO)

With the defeat, ThunderRidge falls to 9-12 on the season. The Grizzlies host Ponderosa (Parker, CO) to battle the Mustangs in a 5A/4A Continental test on Friday, May 13. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 14-7. Ponderosa lost 8-3 in their recent non-league test against Mountain Range (Westminster, CO)
