Virginia High School Lacrosse - Godwin drops to Deep Run
May 11, 2023: Richmond, VA 23233 Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Godwin Eagles (Richmond, VA), 6-2 in a non-league battle.
The Wildcats now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Albemarle for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 17. Deep Run will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 6-4.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Manchester Lancers (Midlothian, VA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 15. Godwin will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Lancers come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA).
