Leominster Blue Devils (Leominster, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA), 8-7 in a non-league test.

The Blue Devils now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host St. Bernard's Central Catholic for a non-league test on Friday, May 12. Leominster will face a Bernardians squad coming off a 24-4 non-league win over Nashoba Valley Tech (Westford, MA). The Bernardians record now stands at 7-6.

In their next game, the Spartans face the North Middlesex Regional Patriots (Townsend, MA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 16. Oakmont Regional will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record.
