Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA), 5-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bruins confront the Nansemond River Warriors (Suffolk, VA) in a Southeastern challenge, on Tuesday, May 16. Western Branch will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 6-1 league win over Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA).
