Alaska High School Softball - Ketchikan can't hold off Juneau-Douglas
May 11, 2023: Juneau, AK 99801 The Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Ketchikan Kings to 11 in the Crimson Bears league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Juneau-Douglas improves its record to 10-0 on the year. The Crimson Bears host Sitka (Sitka, AK) to clash with the Wolves in a Southeast game on Friday, May 12. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 12-8. Sitka lost 11-3 in their recent league game against Thunder Mountain (Juneau, AK)
In their next game, the Kings clash with the Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears (Juneau, AK) in a Southeast game, on Saturday, May 13. Ketchikan will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Crimson Bears come into the game with a 11-0 record after their 10-9 league win over Sitka (Sitka, AK).
