May 11, 2024: Kansas City, MO 64131 In Saturday's league challenge, the Center Yellowjackets (Kansas City, MO) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Southeast Knights (Kansas City, MO), by a final score of 19-0.
With the win, Center upgrades its record to 9-12 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO) to battle the Eagles in a Class 4 District 14 challenge on Monday, May 13. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 17-7. Summit Christian Academy won 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Lincoln College Prep (Kansas City, MO)
With the defeat, Southeast falls to 6-12 on the season.
