In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Norwalk Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Shelton Gaels.

The Bears now have a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Canaan for a Fairfield County-East test on Thursday, May 16.

In their next game, the Gaels face the Branford Hornets (Branford, CT) in a Southern Connecticut test, on Monday, May 13. Shelton will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record.
